Apprenticeship Path
The Apprenticeship Path at Centerpoint Church
Jesus lived with purpose, using spiritual disciplines, community, and service to fulfill His mission (Luke 2:40). As His followers, we are called to do the same - growing in faith, discovering our purpose, and making the unique impact God designed us for.
At Centerpoint, our vision is to see a renewed city through a renewed people, restoring a lost and broken world for God’s glory (Jeremiah 29:7). The Apprenticeship Pathequips us to live this out by helping us grow spiritually and take meaningful steps in our faith journey.
This pathway includes:
Practicing the Way – Learning the habits and rhythms of Jesus
Called and Gifted – Discovering and using our God-given gifts
Living on Mission – Stepping into everyday discipleship and service
These three elements work together organically—there’s no set order. Each strengthens and reinforces the others, helping us follow Jesus more fully and live out our calling.
Growth Track New Attenders Class is where you can meet staff and other new attendees and learn about Centerpoint Church's vision, how to get connected, and how we help people on their spiritual journey.
We now offer 3 ways to participate in Growth Track:

Practicing the Way Groups are an 8-week group-based experience designed to help get you started on the journey of spiritual formation, help you get unstuck if you’ve stalled out, or just guide you into taking your next step. Ultimately, its goal is to train you to live as an apprentice of Jesus: to be with Jesus, become like him, and do as he did.

Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Each follower of Jesus has been called to do good works in the world. A call is not just for pastors and missionaries but for every apprentice of Jesus. You have a call. God has given you everything you need to live into and fulfill your calling to reveal the kingdom of God and renew your sphere of influence as a student, mom, lawyer, park ranger, or artist.
Called & Gifted at Centerpoint Church seeks to come alongside each attendee and help them discern the good works, the call, that God has for them and then help them step into it.

Group Discipleship
Everyone’s faith journey is different, but we’re not meant to follow Jesus alone.
Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20, NLT).
