Pathways of Purpose exist for those exploring the third stage of call, to find and live into their unique calling in community with others who share a call but have diverse gifts. It is to accomplish more than we ever do alone, but only with the Spirit and others. God’s call is about who and where we are to serve. It includes understanding not only our gifts but also how we are to use them to impact the world around us.

The Five Pathways

The Pathways are simply a way for us to group our passions in order to best facilitate their completion. We have identified these five broad areas to help organize our callings and focus our efforts.

If your passion doesn’t align with one of these Pathways, we have a discernment path to listen, name, and develop your Call, then sound the Call to invite others so that the Spirit can give it life. You may be the steward of a new Pathway. This discernment path is part of our Apprenticeship Path.

Pathways of Purpose Projects

This is where we can fulfill our deepest desires by pursuing our unique calls. Each project comes from the heart of the people of God. They are not decided by a committee or leadership but by your responses to God’s purpose and the Spirit’s work in our lives as we apprentice to Jesus.

Pathways organize the projects, and you can learn more about each Pathway and the Projects by clicking on the icons below. You will see who the projects serve, why they exist, and invitations to connect with your gifts of time, talent, treasure, and prayer. You will also learn who the Pathway Champions and Project Dreams Teams are, so you can contact them directly to learn more.
