Founded on the whole-hearted belief that all individuals are created in the image of God and uniquely gifted for a purpose.  We exist to support and empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to activate their God-given potential through meaningful connection, opportunities for growth, and a deep sense of belonging. At RISE, every person is invited to live fully, love deeply, and flourish in a place where they are known, valued, and loved.

RISE Pathways

RISE Pathways builds on the success of the former RISE Internship and is thoughtfully designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they develop skills for greater independence within a safe, supportive, and faith-based environment.


Through a structured, curriculum-based approach and guidance from trained staff, participants will grow in five key areas:

  • Life Skills
  • Vocational Readiness
  • Social Development
  • Community Engagement
  • Spiritual Growth
