RISE Together
RISE Together is a welcoming space for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to experience a supportive, loving community centered around building meaningful friendships, growing in faith, and enjoying delicious food together. RISE Together meets in 4-week sessions, with two-week breaks, throughout the year. Our Spring series is coming soon! We allways have dinner, connection, and fun activities! There is no cost to attend, but registration is required for all participants.
Hear From Our Volunteers!
"Volunteering with the RISE Program has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. The group’s genuine acceptance, joy, and deep faith creates an atmosphere that radiates love and belonging. They are fully themselves—joyful, honest, and open-hearted—and they love God boldly and without hesitation. Their passionate connection to God is both humbling and inspiring, reminding me that faith is most powerful when it is lived out loud and shared with others.
Through my time volunteering with RISE, I’ve been able to celebrate each person’s unique reflection of God’s image. This program is truly remarkable—it builds community, fosters acceptance, and shows how faith and love can transform lives. I encourage anyone who is even remotely interested to step out in faith and DO IT! The experience will bless your heart and deepen your understanding of what it means to love genuinely and live faithfully. And I promise -- you will learn things about yourself you did not know and you will leave blessed and rejuvenated!" - Katie
"RISE day is the highlight of my week. Knowing you made someone feel seen, heard and valued; are some of the most important things you can do for another person." - Ronald
"RISE has been a ministry that I have come to love and enjoy. Whether you enjoy engaging in conversation or serving food, there is something that anyone can do and enjoy with this ministry" - Carson
