CP Nursery is a team focused on caring for and loving our youngest children during every service. We create a safe, comforting, and engaging environment where babies and toddlers are known, cared for, and introduced to the love of Jesus from their very first years.

Help create a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children in the nursery classroom. Responsibilities include welcoming families, caring for children during service, leading age-appropriate activities and Bible lessons, serving snacks, playing with children, and assisting with classroom clean-up and pick-up.

Create a welcoming environment for families and volunteers each week. Support the nursery team by ensuring classrooms are prepared with snacks and supplies, assisting where needed throughout the morning, helping with parent communication and child pick-up when necessary, and floating between rooms to provide support and encouragement.

Help prepare CP Kids and Nursery spaces for the next day of ministry by completing end-of-service clean-up after Sunday services. Responsibilities include putting away supplies, tidying classrooms & common areas, light vacuuming if needed, wiping down surfaces as necessary, turning off lights, and ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and ready to warmly welcome other groups.

Help create a smooth, welcoming, and organized Sunday experience for families, kids, and volunteers. Responsibilities include hosting the check-in area and remaining available in the lobby throughout service to assist families, answer questions, and support volunteers as needed. This role also includes ensuring downstairs classrooms are fully set up before service begins, helping ensure pick-up runs smoothly, and assisting with any additional needs that arise throughout the morning. This role helps oversee the overall flow of ministry each week & creates a welcoming first impression for families.

Our Sunday Prayer Team exists to create space for people to encounter God through prayer. We believe prayer is powerful, and it is a privilege to come alongside others, listen well, and faithfully point them to Jesus through compassionate, Spirit-led prayer.

The Prayer Team serves in two vital ways on Sunday mornings. Team members rotate between Hedge Prayer, covering the service in intentional prayer for our guests, congregation, pastors, worship team, individual prayer requests, and the work of the Holy Spirit, and Prayer Response, praying with those who respond to God's leading during or after the service, offering biblical encouragement and support as they take their next steps of faith.
